What:
Like coffee? REALLY like coffee? Cause Soul has locally roasted, organic, rainforest-certified coffee as well as true Italian-style espresso. They love coffee, and they want you to love it too, so they only provide the best. Don’t you want the best? And don’t you want to drink it in a warm, welcoming atmosphere with mismatched tables and wood floors, surrounded by friendly conversations and the scent of coffee in the air?
Of course a ‘soup and coffee house’ has to offer more than just great coffee to stand up to its name, so Soul ALSO offers delicious soup options like Chicken Lime Tortilla, Spicy Korean Beef, Mushroom Bisque, and Ginger Chicken Noodle. Soups change daily so it is worth it to go back over and over and over again. There is always at least one vegetarian option, often also a paleo option, and you can keep up with all of their daily options on their Facebook page. Everything is made from scratch, most is very unique, and some of it is totally surprising.
More in the mood for salad than soup (though with winter coming why would you forgo tasty warm delicious soup)? They’ve got that covered as well, with daily offerings such as Avocado Cucumber, Quinoa and Kale, Greek Pasta Salad, or Roasted Beets and Feta. And if baked goods are more up your alley, they can help you out with that, with a daily selection of fresh made oatmeal raisin cookies, low-fat lemon muffins, banana bread with chocolate chips, and paleo (gluten-free) bars.
