Feline Adoption Special!
At SCRAPS, we want to give every animal a very special gift for the holidays – a forever home. To help us achieve this holiday miracle, we’ve got a super special that will go through the month of December.
For the entire month, SCRAPS will be hosting an Empty the Shelter adoption special on cats and kittens. Both will be $15 – that’s the cost of the license. Each adopted feline will have their license, vaccinations, vet exam, be spay/neutered and will have a microchip.
SCRAPS has received an unusually high amount of cats this year including kittens. “December is usually a slow time for us here at SCRAPS,” said Nancy Hill, SCRAPS Regional Director. “For some reasons we are still taking in cats from seniors to kittens and everything in between every day”.
For potential pet parents that would like to just shop around, the SCRAPS Open House of Happy Howl-i-day Party will be on December 3rd at 6815 E. Trent from 11-3 PM. Everyone is invited down to the shelter for some cookies, cocoa, games a dog house raffle, photos with Santa and your pet, treats and much more. Additionally, SCRAPS Bow Wow Meow Market is open daily – where you can shop for the perfect gift for your pet!
