HONOLULU (AP) — A 3-year-old boy has died of injuries in the massive explosion of fireworks at a home in Honolulu home on New Year’s Eve. Police in Hawaii say the boy’s death on Monday raises the death toll to four people. The blast also killed three women and injured more than 20 people. Many have burns over most of their bodies. The U.S. military flew six patients to Arizona for treatment on Saturday because Hawaii’s only burn center lacks capacity to care for them all. The six all have extensive burns. The person with the least has burns over 45% of their body and the most has burns over nearly 80% of their body.
