SPOKANE, Wash. – As summer approaches, you’ll find lots of incredible local farmers’ markets in Eastern Washington and North Idaho. Here’s your guide to snagging all the delicious local goods and foods that will be available.

Mondays:

Hillyard Farmers’ Market:

Opening Date: June 24, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Location: The Northeast Community Center at 4001 North Cook Street

The Hillyard Farmers’ Market hosts many exciting local vendors as well as five street fairs throughout the season. It will be every Monday from June to October.

Tuesdays:

Fairwood Farmers’ Market:

Opening: May 14, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Location: 319 West Hastings Road Spokane Washington

The Fairwood Farmers’ Market is a great option for north Spokane residents that are looking for local produce, food trucks, fun crafts and plants. It will run every Tuesday till October.

Wednesdays:

Kendall Yards Night Market:

Opening Date: May 22, from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Location: 1335 W. Summit Parkway, Spokane, WA 99201

Vendors: Vendors to be announced with applications open.

The Kendall Yards Night Market has a community event aspect with live music, food trucks and activities along with great local artisan food and farms.

The Spokane Farmers’ Market:

Opening Date: May 11, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Location: Coeur d’Alene Park at 4th & Chestnut Browne’s Addition

The Spokane Farmers’ Market has been running since 1998 with tons of local produce specifically supporting farmers and local agriculture. This farmers market will be hosted every Wednesday.

Thursdays:

South Perry Farmers’ Market:

Opening Date: May 2, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Location: Grant Park at 1000 South Perry Street Spokane, WA 99202

The South Perry Farmers’ Market will include a wide variety of local foods and crafted products. This market will be hosted every Thursday evening from May to October.

Fridays:

Emerson-Garfield Farmers’ Market:

Opening Date: June 7, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Location: Spokane Community College Adult Education Center 2310 North Monroe, Spokane Washington

The Emerson-Garfield Farmers’ Market offers local fruits, vegetables, flowers, honey, soap and so much more. They also will have a lot of gluten free options available for those looking for more options.

Saturdays:

Liberty Lake Farmers’ Market:

Opening Date: May 18, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Location: 1421 North Meadowood Lane Liberty Lake

The Liberty Lake Farmers’ Market with great items like fresh food, crafting, music, community groups and non-profits and food trucks.

Idaho Farmers’ Markets:

Idaho is also home to a variety of unique and diverse farmer’s markets, where you can discover local food and produce treasures.Kootenai County Farmers’ Market:

Opening Date: May 4, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 on Saturday’s and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday’s

Location: Saturday market at SE Corner Hwy 95 & Prairie Ave. Hayden Idaho and Wednesday market at Main Street Riverstone in Couer D’Alene.

The Kootenai County Farmers’ Market has been running since 1986 with great North Idaho flavors and products. They host over 100 vendors ensuring you’ll find something great!

Moscow Farmers’ Market:

Opening Date: May 11, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday

Location: 206 East 3rd Street Moscow, ID

Vendors: Vendors not listed

The Moscow Farmers’ Market highlights exclusive local products like crops, meat, cheese, and wine and has been a staple in the Moscow community since 1976.
