Adams County deputies arrest DUI driver allegedly armed with gun

OTHELLO, Wash. – The Adams County Sheriff’s Office arrested a suspect for driving under the influence, harassment and carrying a gun.

On June 1, Adams County dispatch received a call from the Washington State Patrol to assist in locating a reckless driver near South Highway 17 and West Foley Road.

Deputies stated they located the car near West Highway 26 and South Crain Road. When deputies stopped the car and talked to the suspect, they found that he had a gun and was threatening to a kill the person who complained about his driving.

Adams County deputies arrested the suspect without incident, and he was booked for felony harassment, carrying a weapon without a concealed pistol license and driving under the influence.
