SPOKANE, Wash. – An Airway Heights apartment complex was evacuated after Spokane police believe they found an improvised explosive device while serving a search warrant.
The Spokane Police Department is assisting in the investigation and have evacuated a portion of the Basalt Ridge Apartments. Police were initially serving a search warrant in the area.
