AIRWAY HEIGHTS, Wash. – The Airway Heights Police Department helped a child celebrate her 3rd birthday in August.
While officers were at a local event, they met Cece. While she had initially planned to make her birthday party unicorn themed, she changed it to policing once she had the opportunity to meet the department.
“They had police cars out front with the lights on. They were all outside to meet her, the Chief, his wife, and other Officers,” Cece’s grandmother said.
The party was exciting for both Cece and her 4-year-old brother, who also got to sit in a patrol car and meet the officers.
It was clearly a wonderful birthday party for a local Airway Heights family.
