AP Decision Notes: What to expect in Washington, DC, on Election Day

WASHINGTON (AP) — Voters in the District of Columbia don’t have a say in which party wins congressional majorities. But on Nov. 5, half a million voting-age residents will have the chance to weigh in on which presidential candidate wins the District’s three Electoral College votes, the makeup of its city council, and an initiative to implement ranked-choice voting.
