COEUR D’ ALENE, Idaho – Arbor day celebrations will take place at the Atlas Mill River Park in Coeur d’Alene starting at 10 am on April 26.
The celebrations will include free tree seedlings and a raffle for several trees. Free coffee and donuts will also be available.
According to the Arbor Day Organization of Northern Idaho, over 75,000 trees have been gifted by the group to local elementary schoolers in observation of Arbor Day.
