SPOKANE, Wash. – An 18-year-old was arrested by the Spokane Police Department after allegedly robbing a man at gunpoint downtown on Wednesday.
The purported robbery on the 500 block of West Sprague ended in the arrest of Edward Ramey, who was found by officers on East Augusta Avenue.
According to law enforcement, Ramey was in possession of two BB guns. He is currently in Spokane County Jail on a robbery charge.
