ASOTIN COUNTY, Wash. – A man from Asotin County was sent to the hospital following an accident on Friday.
Fire District # 1 reported that the man sheared a power pole around 3:00 p.m. and collided with another car.
The incident resulted in an active power line being downed. Rescue crews had to carefully avoid the power pole while removing the man from his truck.
He is currently recovering in a local hospital.
