MOSCOW, Idaho – Attorneys for Bryan Kohberger are working to have key evidence dismissed in the Moscow murders trial.
Court documents filed last week reveal that Kohberger’s defense is pushing to exclude over 160 pages of DNA reports and search warrants from the trial. They argue that his constitutional rights were violated during the investigations.
A hearing on this matter is scheduled to take place before Ada County District Judge Steven Hippler on January 23.
