POST FALLS, Idaho — The long-awaited Kindred and Co., a new bookstore and bistro, is now open in Post Falls.
According to the Kindred and Co. (K&Co.) website, the business was established in 2022 and opened its doors on Feb. 29, 2024. The company serves as a bookstore and bistro, creating an environment catering to old and new connections.
The bookstore is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday to Sunday and is closed on Mondays. It carries handpicked broad-spread genres, and new titles are added frequently. According to K&Co., they have over 20,000 hand-selected titles and are continuing to add more. They also have a section for kids and provide a family-friendly space.
K&Co. also has a bistro serving food, pastries and coffee. The bistro is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and rotates its menu seasonally, bringing in new flavors and items from different cultures.
