WALLACE, Idaho – A bomb threat made against the Shoshone County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday evening was later determined to be a hoax.
According to the sheriff’s office, the threat was reported around 10 p.m. at the office located in Wallace. Deputies conducted a search of the area and reviewed security footage, ultimately confirming that the threat was false.
Deputies said there is no ongoing threat to the public.
