OTIS ORCHARDS, Wash. – The Spokane Valley Fire Department responded to a brush fire in Otis Orchards Sunday afternoon.
The fire started around 1 p.m. on the 5600 block of North Malvern Road.
Firefighters asked members of the public to avoid the area as emergency responders assessed the situation.
