ADA COUNTY, Idaho – Bryan Kohberger’s first hearing in Ada County has been scheduled for Sept. 26 after his recent change of venue was granted by a Latah County Judge.
The hearing will take place at the Ada County Courthouse in Boise with a new judge, Steven Hippler assigned to the case.
This comes after Judge John Judge . Judge John Judge left the location of the trial to the Idaho Supreme Court along with a request to be removed from the case.
