Burglary suspect at large causing shelter in place in Moses Lake

MOSES LAKE, Wash. – The Grant County Sheriff’s Office issued a shelter in place order Sunday for parts of unincorporated Moses Lake due to an ongoing search for a burglary suspect.

According to the sheriff’s office, K9 units are searching for a suspect wearing all black. The shelter in place lasted until 10 p.m. Sunday night.

“Shelter in Place for those living 1.5 miles north, south, east, and west of the 6000 block of Road K.5-SE,” the sheriff’s office said.
