SPOKANE, Wash. – A car crashed into a home on Country Homes Blvd late Friday night, causing significant damage.
Fire District 9 says that firefighters responded to the incident around 10:45 p.m. Upon arrival, they found a home with extensive damage due to the car careening into the house.
“Fire District 9 and City of Spokane Fire Department Special Rescue Technicians worked together to stabilize the structure with shoring,” the fire district said.
The house was unoccupied at the time of the crash, and the driver was transported to the hospital.
