SPOKANE, Wash. – A car fire in the 143 S Madison Street underpass caused impeded traffic Friday morning.
The cause of the fire was unclear as of 10:20 a.m., but traffic on West 2nd Avenue and South Cedar Street slowed to accommodate firefighters and emergency responders assessing the scene.
