SPOKANE, Wash. – Cascadia Public House is celebrating nearly seven years of operation.
The restaurant is co-owned by two childhood friends and has grown steadily in popularity since it opened.
Co-owner Jordan Smith looks forward to the future of the local business.
“I feel like we haven’t peaked yet. I feel like we’re still growing,” Smith said.
Cascadia can be found on North Ash Street in northwest Spokane.
