Celebrate the holidays with Spokane’s festive weekend events lineup

SPOKANE, Wash. – Spokane is buzzing with festive activities this weekend, offering a variety of events for locals to enjoy.

Kate Hudson with Visit Spokane highlights the return of the , which began during COVID-19 and continues to delight visitors.

This year, the event has moved to Duncan Garden and is now a walk-through experience. The lights will be on display all weekend and continue next weekend as well.

Another exciting event is the BrrrZAAR, organized by Terrain, a local art collective. This one-day event takes place at River Park Square and features 70 booths of local vendors offering ceramics, jewelry, and other handcrafted items.

is also ongoing, with part of the event located at Davenport Hotel. Attendees can buy tickets for a chance to win a beautifully decorated tree.

For those interested in theater, the Spokane Civic Theatre is presenting the classic play “A Christmas Carol” this weekend and next. The timeless story of Ebenezer Scrooge and his ghostly visitors is a must-see.

Music lovers can head to the Spokane Tribe’s new venue to enjoy a performance by country music band Lone Star. The venue, located in the West Plains, has been open for about a year and offers a chance to experience live music in a fresh setting.
