CHENEY, Wash. – The Cheney Police Department is investigating an unattended death over the weekend.
CPD say that on Sunday around 1:45 p.m. officers responded to a man that was found dead on the 1000 block of Betz Road just west of Cheney Middle School.
Police began investigating the death and say it remains open and active. They emphasized that further information could not be released, and the identity of the man will be released at a later time.
