SPOKANE, Wash. – The City of Spokane has announced that Cheney-Spokane Road is now open.
According to city officials, the road was closed due to , which aimed to enhance water capacity. The city stated that the project is complete and normal traffic flow in the area has resumed.
The road had been closed since Oct. 11.
