SPOKANE, Wash. — As we approach Christmas and New Year’s Day, the City of Spokane will have several closures related to the holidays!
Here are the planned closures for the upcoming holidays:
- City Hall closed from Dec. 25 – Jan. 1
- Solid Waste Services will be a day late on the weeks of Dec. 25 and Jan. 1
- Waste-to-Energy facility closed from Dec. 25 – Jan. 1
- Spokane City Council is not scheduled to meet on Dec. 25 or Jan. 1
- On-street parking meters and kiosks will not require payment on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1
- Spokane Municipal Court and Community Justice Services closed on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1
- My Spokane 311 employees will not be available on Dec. 25 or Jan. 1
- All Spokane Public Library branches will be closed on Dec. 24 – 26 and on Jan. 1
- The Numerica Skate Ribbon and Looff Carrousel in Riverfront Park will be closed on Dec. 25
If you are going to be in town for New Year’s Eve, a firework show at Riverfront Park will begin at 9 a.m. For more details on this event, visit the City of Spokane website.
