Clear bag policy in place for Expo ‘74 opening celebrations

SPOKANE, Wash. – Those hoping to attend the Expo ‘74 50th anniversary opening ceremony on May 4 should bring a clear bag.

According to the City of Spokane Parks and Recreation Department, only clear bags will be allowed at the event with few exceptions. The official policy can be found below.

“Clear Bag Policy – Guests may carry clear plastic or vinyl bag(s) no larger than 14”x 14” x 6”. Exceptions will be made for single compartment diaper bags (child must be present).”
