COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho – The Coeur d’Alene Public Schools levy appeared to be on track to pass based on initial results Tuesday night.
Initial Kootenai County ballot results showed 58.67% of voters backing measure.
The district requested the two-year, $25 million replacement levy to fund expanded learning opportunities, nurses, safety officers and extracurriculars.
Now that it is on track to pass, the school district can anticipate increased staffing and educational offerings in 2025 and 2026.
