COULEE CITY, Wash. – Colville Tribe divers searched Banks Lake near Coulee City Park for a body Friday afternoon.
According to the Grant County Sheriff’s Office, a man was initially reported missing at around 9 a.m. around the lake, where searchers initially scanned the water.
At around 12:30 p.m., the rescue turned into a recovery operation. According to the sheriff’s office, the man’s family is with law enforcement at the park.
