SPOKANE, Wash. – Construction on Pines Road and Mission Avenue will cause lane restrictions and traffic delays starting on April 15.
The reconstruction of the intersection will reduce traffic congestion and enhance public safety after it is completed according to the City of Spokane Valley.
A dedicated right-turn lane and a complete re-stripe of the intersection will make it easier to traverse the intersection.
