Cucumber recall in Washington and Idaho due to salmonella risk

WASHINGTON – Whole fresh cucumbers produced by SunFed are being recalled due to potential salmonella contamination. These cucumbers were sold in 26 states, including Washington and Idaho, as well as parts of Canada.

The cucumbers were available for purchase between October 12 and November 26, 2024. It remains unclear how many people may have been affected by the contamination.

Details about which retailers or restaurants might have sold or served these cucumbers have not been disclosed.
