CUSICK, Wash. – A Cusick man will spend about three and a half years in federal prison for illegally owning two glocks.
According to the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Washington, Aaron Cunningham was arrested in October 2021 on an unrelated Department of Corrections warrant.
The car was his deceased brother’s, and ended up being sent to auction in late November of that year. When the gun was inventoried for auction, two loaded glocks were found in the back.
When law enforcement investigated the guns, they found evidence that they had allegedly been used to threaten the family living on Cunningham’s dead brother’s property.
Cunningham was convicted of felony possession of a firearm and ammunition in October 2023 and was sentenced in late April of 2024.
