NEZ PERCE COUNTY, Idaho – A Toyota 4Runner driving on Old Spiral Highway veered off the road and fell 200 feet off a ravine Monday morning, leaving one person dead.
According to the sheriff’s office, the one person who was in the car managed to climb out of the wreck and ask for help at a nearby house. The other surviving person in the car was sent to the hospital.
Sheriff’s deputies are still in the process of identifying who was driving the car when it left the road.
