MOSCOW, Idaho — Hearings resume Thursday in the case of Bryan Kohberger, the man accused of killing four University of Idaho students in an off-campus home in 2022.

The defense plans to call multiple witnesses as part of their motion to compel the prosecution to turn over certain evidence.

Two hearings scheduled for Thursday follow a motion hearing on May 23, where defense questioned a Moscow Police Department detective about handling of cell tower records used to develop probable cause to arrest Kohberger.

Thursday’s first hearing is set to be public, and you can watch it live here at 10 a.m. A sealed hearing is set for Thursday afternoon.
