OTHELLO, Wash. — More information has been released on people illegally rolling back odometer in Othello.
According to the Adam’s County Sheriff’s Office, a man named Terry Cissine was caught changing the odometers on old vehicles and selling them for high prices from a house in Franklin County.
Deputies investigated under a search warrant on March 5. Another man was arrested on similar charges.
