LIBERTY LAKE, Wash. — A serious collision on I-90 between the Barker and Liberty Lake exits has forced state police to block all eastbound lanes and some westbound lanes.
Traffic is backed up substantially in both directions, particularly eastbound.
Troopers with the Washington State Patrol, firefighters and ambulances all responded to the crash.
