SPOKANE, Wash. – Eastbound I-90 has slowed and the Freya exit currently has two blocked lanes due to the driver and passengers of a car exiting the vehicle on the freeway.
According to Washington State Patrol, only one vehicle was involved in the collision. The car was still on the freeway as of 8:30pm Friday night.
