EPHRATA, Wash. – Washington State Patrol (WSP) issued an alert for a missing 74-year-old man Tuesday afternoon.
According to WSP, Russell Loewen was last seen on Tuesday at around 1 p.m. driving towards Missouri from Ephrata. He has dementia and is not able to get back on his own according to police.
Loewen was last seen wearing a Gonzaga baseball cap, a black t-shirt with an American flag on the front and blue jeans.
