Description:
Hands on – Exploratory Melodic improvisation for beginners and intermediate musical performers of all ages and instrument types. Please bring your instruments, and a pencil! No improvisation experience necessary – but must be willing to play, sing, try and trust. Consider how to improvise around a melody including drills and exercises on how to expand and change a theme, and introduction to key and scale-based improvisation including tips for scale exploration and creative development.
