REARDAN, Wash. — One person is dead after a crash on U.S. Highway 2 near Reardan.
According to Washington State Patrol, one person is dead after crashing their motorcycle into a pick-up truck four miles east of Reardan Saturday night. WSP says that speed was a major factor, and no drugs or alcohol were involved.
According to the Washington Department of Transportation (WSDOT), the crash is blocking directions of U.S. Highway 2 east of Reardan and west of Deep Creek.
Traffic is being directed to Stroup Road and Sunset Road to avoid the area. The highway is estimated to open within an hour.
