UPDATE 6:00 P.M. All evacuation notices for the McConihe area area have been cancelled by Grant County.
UPDATE 5:04 P.M. Evacuations orders have been lowered from Level 3 to Level 1(Be Ready).
The Level 1 evacuation has been set and those who evacuated to the area may re-enter their homes.
MOSES LAKE, Wash. – Level three (go now) evacuation orders have been issued for the McConihe area north of Moses Lake.
According to the Grant County Sheriff’s Office, some buildings are on fire and the blaze stood at about 100 acres as of 4 p.m.
McConihe Road is closed and a go now evacuation advisory is in place on Neppel Road from Road E-NE to the 8000 block of Neppel.
UPDATED at 4:30 p.m. – According to the sheriff’s office, 60 homes are at risk due to the wildfire.
