Former outlaw motorcycle gang member and 10-time felon arrested in Spokane

SPOKANE, Wash. — The United States Marshals Service and Spokane County deputies arrested a man believed to be a former outlaw motorcycle gang member and a 10-time convicted felon.

According to a press release from the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office, law enforcement officers approached Dale Rogers II on Tuesday around 9 a.m. in a parking garage located in the 300 block of West Spokane Falls Boulevard. The officers, wearing their agency placards, badges, and duty gear, safely took Rogers into custody without incident. He was then transported and booked into the Stevens County Jail.

Rogers was wanted on a Stevens County felony warrant for failure to comply with court-ordered conditions of release, according to the sheriff’s office.

Rogers is a 10-time convicted felon with charges in Washington state that include second-degree assault, two counts of riot with a deadly weapon, two counts of violating the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, two counts of possession without a prescription, conspiracy, two counts of third-degree assault, first-degree theft, and forgery.

According to the sheriff’s office, the original Stevens County charges consisted of two counts of first-degree child molestation, second-degree attempted rape of a child, second-degree felony harassment-threats to kill, two counts of second-degree identity theft, two counts of felony violation of a protection order with two or more prior convictions.
