Free tours of Helena’s capitol building extended to weekends for summer season

HELENA, Mont. – Tours of the Montana State Capitol will be extended for their summer hours starting on July 9.

An extra afternoon tour will be added to weekdays at 2:30 p.m. New to the summer season will be tours on Saturdays and Sundays.

The capitol tour is for everyone, with self-guided tour resources available, as well as scavenger hunts for kids.

The full schedule is available online where reservations can be made for group tours.
