SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – A house fire broke out in the Millwood neighborhood near Seth Woodard Elementary School.
The call reporting the fire came in just before 4:00 p.m. this afternoon.
Residents mentioned seeing smoke from Trent, which is located across the railroad tracks.
The family of four and pets escaped the home with no injuries, but the family is currently displaced due to the damage the garage fire caused to the home.
