PULLMAN, Wash. – Graduation day brought joy to the Palouse as over 700 students received their diplomas at Beasley Coliseum.
The ceremonies began at 10:00 a.m., marking a significant milestone for the graduates and their families.
In related news, the Washington State University (WSU) Board of Regents is in the process of selecting a new president. They could announce their decision by January or February.
The Regents held a meeting this week to evaluate the top candidates. They are considering 10 individuals who were interviewed last month.
The new president will succeed Kirk Shultz, who is retiring. However, the Regents have not yet released the names of the candidates under consideration.
