GRANT COUNTY, Wash. – The Grant County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man accused of crashing his car into a shop after a chase.
According to the sheriff’s office, the man was blocking Road West-North East in his vehicle, and was allegedly sleeping. When a sheriff’s deputy woke him up and attempted to speak with him, the office claims that he sped off.
“That started a pursuit that eventually ended when [he] crashed the car behind a shop near Road R-SE and South Frontage Road East,” the sheriff’s office said.
He then purportedly hid in the shop where he crashed and was later found by deputies and arrested.
