SPOKANE, Wash. – Habit Burger is making another attempt to open a restaurant in eastern Washington, this time targeting the West Plains area.
The California-based burger chain plans to open on HWY-2, across from the former Triumph Composites factory.
This would be the company’s first location in eastern Washington after previous attempts to open on North Division fell through.
Habit Burger is known for its charbroiled or chargrilled hamburgers, chicken and tuna sandwiches, and hand-spun milkshakes.
The recent submission of plans to the city marks the third attempt to establish a Habit Burger in the Spokane area since 2019.
