WASHINGTON (AP) — Vice President Kamala Harris plans to close out her term with an around-the-world trip. Her office says she’ll make stops in Singapore, Bahrain and Germany. There are U.S. troops based in all three places, and each will provide her an opportunity to talk about American foreign policy challenges. Harris adviser Dean Lieberman says she wants to spend time thanking service members. Her itinerary also suggests that she wants to continue playing a role on the global stage after losing the presidential election to Donald Trump.
