SPOKANE, Wash. – A crash on the Liberty Lake and Otis Orchards exit of Interstate 90 slowed eastbound traffic Friday afternoon.
The exit 296 crash took place around 6:10 p.m. and had mostly cleared by 6:30 p.m., though rush-hour traffic still caused some slowdowns along I-90 closer to Liberty Lake.
