SPOAKNE, Wash. — I-90 eastbound is fully blocked near Sprague and Appleway due to a crash.
According to the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), traffic is being diverted onto the Sprague/Appleway off-ram. WSDOT is using the gore point to access the mainline I-90 eastbound.
