I-90 open after semi-truck rollover spills soil onto roadway

SPOKANE, Wash. – Tuesday morning, a semi-truck overturned on eastbound I-90 near the Salnave Overpass, blocking all lanes.

According to the Spokane Regional Area Traffic, the incident occurred around 8:56 a.m. at milepost 264.

SRTMC issued warnings to drivers about significant delays due to the blocked roadway. All lanes of I-90 have since reopened.

The Washington State Patrol has classified it as a non-injury collision.

The Department of Ecology has been informed of the spillage of soil and fuel onto the road. The incident is currently under investigation.
