POCATELLO, Idaho – A federal jury has convicted an Idaho Falls man on charges related to meth distribution.
Court records reveal that on September 26, 2023, Idaho Falls Police Department officers conducted a traffic stop in Idaho Falls. 36-year-old Jason Lundholm was found in the back passenger seat of the car. During the search, officers discovered 227 grams of methamphetamine in a fast-food bag at his feet.
Evidence presented in court showed that Lundholm conspired with co-defendants Jeremy Wheeler, 49, of Idaho Falls, and Breena Jolley, 44, of Pocatello, to deal meth. Both Wheeler and Jolley were also in the car during the police stop.
The jury reached a verdict on November 21, 2024, finding Lundholm guilty of conspiracy to distribute meth and possession with intent to deliver. He is scheduled for sentencing on February 13, 2025. He could face up to 20 years in federal prison.
Wheeler and Jolley have already pleaded guilty to meth distribution. Their sentencing is set for December 18, 2024.
